"Catch of the Day" seems fitting for this one. The other painting I was working on got away.
The colors and paint application really capture the feeling of the type of day. This is a friend Al, in Provincetown, walking in from his boat with his catch of the day. I am real happy with how this one came out.

It's a "Big".. little painting in itself because you have... as well as capturing that final moment in the day... captured that warm feeling one has when they head back from the beach or marsh... prize in hand!
Good one! This would really make a wonderful subject for further study... just an opinion!
