"Out and About"

Thought that I would lower my vantage point on this one. I really like how the hen's head breaks the horizon line in this one instead of looking down on her.

  1. This painting shows what I love about your paintings... all that warm and cool color dancing around next to each other! You're the best.

  2. The blue of this hen is SO gorgeous! I love how it reads "white" without being white. And another thing I love about this painting is how subtle those cute little chicks are, hiding in the grass. Very, very nice!

  3. This is fantastic the way you've come down to hen height and the amazing blue of the shadows on her with the strong sunlight behind.
